Practice owner with 15 years of experience in behavioral health, trained in EMDR and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). Takes a holistic, integrative approach to care, specializing in trauma and depression while incorporating somatic-based therapies. Works primarily with adults and has a deep passion for supporting individuals

Takes a holistic, integrative approach to care, specializing in trauma and depression while incorporating somatic-based therapies. Works primarily with adults and has a deep passion for supporting individuals within the cleft and craniofacial community. Currently completing the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training program through Brown University. In addition to clinical work, teaches as an adjunct instructor.

She specializes in pet grief, trauma, and relational challenges, working with adults using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to support emotional regula

Gwyn is an Associate Clinician trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She specializes in pet grief, trauma, and relational challenges, working with adults using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to support emotional regulation, insight, and connection. Her background in veterinary care, equine-assisted therapy, and reunification therapy informs her focus on nervous system regulation and relational healing.
